Pakistan Team icc cricket world cup

Pakistan Cricket Board finally announced the exact and 100% confirmed 15 men squad for ICC Cricket Worl Cup. There are a lot of new faces and very few experienced players are included in Pakistan Team. Pakistan Cricket Team is considered as one of favorite team for Word Cup champions. Because in 1992 Pakistan was win its first World cup title under Imran Khan captaincy on same venue and same grounds. Pakistani teams moral is very high and all the boys are looking so much excited to win this World Cup and to rewind the history. Pakistani Cricket team is consist on Misbah-ul Haq (captain), Ahmed Shehzad, Mohammad Hafeez, Sarfraz Ahmed, Younis Khan, Haris Sohail, Umar Akmal, Sohaib Maqsood, Shahid Afridi, Yasir Shah, Mohammad Irfan, Junaid Khan, Ehsan Adil, Sohail Khan, Wahab Riaz. But due to some injuries issue and some other reasons Junaid Khan has out of world cup squad. Full details and description about the Players of Pakistan is mentioned below:

Misbah Ul Haq (Captain) Performance in World Cup

Misbah Ul Haq is selected as Pakistani Cricket Team Captain for ICC World Cup, It was first time when Misbah Ul Haq will lead Pakistan in World Cup event but over all it will be his second world cup after 2011 World Cup. He played exactly 08 matches in ICC World Cup 2011 and his highest score is 83 in all CWC format. Misbah Ul Haq says that our moral is high and boys are practicing hardly to snitch the world cup from others we just need the prayers of our loving nation to make us comfortable for the ICC World Cup.

Shahid Afridi (Vice Captain) Performance in World Cup

Shahid after is one of the lagend player of Pakistan and also one of the most famous player in whole World. Shahid Afridi was start his career by hitting world's fastest ODI century in only 37 balls which broken by Core Andreson after more than 16 years. Shahid Afridi is only player in Pakistan team who played more than 350 ODI matches and he is most senior player of the CWC. It would be his fifth and may be last World cup because he will announced retirement after this CWC. Shahid Afridi was played in 1999, 2003, 2007 and 2011 and also lead as captain in CWC 2011 and lost from India in Semi Final at Mohali. His best bowling performance is agains Kenya in 2011 CWC he took 5-16.

Ahmad Shehzad Performance in World Cup

Ahmad Shehzad is one of the younger player in Pakistan ICC Cricket team selected for World Cup. He is an aggressive opening batsman and always try his best to provide a solid start for Pakistani team. Its will be his second world cup because he was also a part of ICC World Cup 2011 Pakistan cricket team squad. His best performance was against New Zealand when he hit his first world cup ton or his first career century. His highest score is 115 in World Cup. Tha aims of Ahmad Shehzad are high and he will try his best to make it memorable for Pakistani audience and also try his best to entertain all Pakistani crowd with his batting.

Muhammad Hafeez Performance in World Cup

Muhammad Hafeez is also one of the senior player in Pakistan CWC squad who played more than 150 ODIs. Muhammad Hafeez is a brilliant all rounder who can bat and ball easily. But due to his illegal bawling action ICC banned Muhammad Hafeez to ball. So we can not took benefit from Muhammad Hafeez as a bowler but he is marvelous as an opening batsman. It will be his third World Cup after appearance in 2007 and 2011 world cup. He played total 10 games in ICC world cup tournaments.  His performance was againse West Indies when he scored unbeaten 61 runs. Muhammad Hafeez told that he will do better and better to provide best to his team.

Sarfraz Ahmad Performance in World Cup

Sarfraz Ahmad is also selected for ICC World Cup Pakistan Cricket Team Squad as an wicker keeper batsman. Sarfraz Ahmad was know as champions captain when Pakistan Cricker team was won Under-19 world cup in 2006 he was the captain of that team. But unfortunately he was not the part of ICC world cup 2007 and ICC word cup 2011. So it will be his first world cup. Younis Khan Performance in World Cup

Younis Khan is one of the great player in Pakistan team after Shahid Afridi. Younis Khan has a delightful career because he always try his best when he is on field with pads or without pads. Younis Khan was a part of ICC World cups 2003, 2007 and 2011. So it will be his fourth and may be last world cup because he also decide to retire after provide his bests in this world cup.His best performance was against Srilanka in 2011 world cup when he score 72 runs. A young talented player Umar Akmal successfully made his place in ICC World Cup Pakistan 15-man squad. Umar Akmal has played more than 100 ODIs for Pakistan and always performed well.
