UoS PharmD Admission Forms 2018 Schedule

Sargodha, University of Sargodha has issued schedule for submission of admission forms for Pharm D first, second, third, fourth and fifth professional first annual exams 2018. The exams department of Sargodha University received admission forms for discipline of Pharm D. The candidates are advised to submit application forms with single fee till closing date of 02-11-2018. The candidates can send admission forms with payment of double fee by 13-11-2018. The candidates will use the last chance to send the admission forms with deposit of triple fee by 20-11-2018.

The candidates will note that Sargodha University exams will be conducted during December 2018. The students will download admission forms from website of university and they will pay the admission fee in any branch of Habib Bank Limited. The students will also read other instructions and they will follow them at the time of sending the admission forms and fee. The candidates will also note the normal fee of Rs.6000/-, double fee of Rs.12,000/- and triple fee of Rs.18,000/-.
