Admission Open in Shaikh Zayed Medical Institute Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute is inviting the applications for admission in Many different Postgraduate programs of FCOS-II (Minimum M.B.B.S or equivalent degree as recognized by the PMDC), M.Phil in Pharmacology, Anatomy, Physiology, BioChemistry, Chemical Pathology, Histopathology, Haematology, Microbiology and Community Medicine and Diploma in DMRD (Diploma in Medical Radio-diagnosis), DMRT (Disaster Medicine Responder and Technology), DA, DCH (Diploma in Child Health), DCP, DGO DLO, DOMS, DTCD, and DMJ. Diploma Programs in Shaikh Zayed Medical Institute Application forms are available from the Accounts Section of FPGMI (Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute), Lahore on payment of RS. 500/- either in person though money order/bank draft worth RS. 630/- cheque will not entertained in any case. Course fee will be charged of MD.MS/M.PHIL & Diplomas according and regulation. Incomplete Applications will not be entertained. Duly attested documentary proof of all statements made must accompany the applications. Three passport size recent photographs are to be attached with application form.
